Sophia Bush
Sophia Bush is an actress, producer, activist, and entrepreneur. She is a member of the Directors Guild of America and has starred in an impressive range of television and film projects.Throughout her career thus far, Bush has earned multiple Teen Choice Awards including "Choice Movie Actress: Comedy," "Choice Movie Actress: Horror/Thriller," and "Choice Movie: Breakout Female."
Bush currently hosts her podcast, “Work in Progress,” and co-hosts the iHeartRadio podcast “Drama Queens” alongside Hilarie Burton Morgan and Bethany Joy Lenz, during which they relive and reclaim nine seasons of the beloved television drama they starred in together. Now in its third season “Work in Progress” features frank, funny, personal, professional, and sometimes even political conversations about how people have gotten to where they are, and where they think they’re still going. These discussions stem from Bush’s "aha" moment of realizing you are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress, simultaneously. Bush is also a General Partner at Union Heritage Ventures, a majority African-American and women-owned venture capital firm. Alongside her business partner Nia Linder Batts, she is an investor in Aunt Flow a company working to eradicate period poverty by providing period products in public restrooms, free of charge. Bush and Batts also serve as Strategic Advisors for First Women’s Bank alongside Billie Jean King.
