Lauren is the founder and CEO of Sumptuous Spirits, a full-service bar staffing company that amplifies the cocktail experience. Since 2016, Sumptuous Spirits has grown to a team of 30+ staff members; curating over 1,500 bar experiences in Michigan and Illinois for companies including Google, Forbes8, Bumble, Fashion Nova, Footlocker, NBA All Star Weekend, and more. Her business has been featured in Black Enterprise, Fox 2 Detroit, WXYZ Channel 7, SEEN Magazine, and more. Sumptuous Spirits is expanding to the Miami market in 2025. Lauren recently launched Digital Rich, a technology firm specializing in developing software solutions to enhance and streamline operations for hospitality brands.
