Kristen teaches at the University of Michigan Law School where she is a Clinical Asst. Professor in the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic. She teaches and supervises students providing pro bono transactional legal services to Michigan startups. Prior to joining the law school faculty, Kristen was a patent attorney in California and an Associate Director of Licensing at the University of Michigan Office of Technology Transfer.
