Ashley Reid is a Principal & Director of Platform at Union Heritage, and is passionate about removing inequities and increasing diversity in the VC and Tech ecosystems.In her role at Union Heritage, she sources, invests in and supports portfolio companies, and leads the firm’s operations and platform development.Prior to joining Union Heritage, Ashley worked at Female Founders Fund, Kapor Capital, and Bain & Company Management Consulting.She also spent her early career working on a variety of marketing and strategy teams at Google and Meta (Facebook).Ashley earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Spelman College.
